I help teams bring structure to complex problems – crafting tools that align systems, workflows, and human needs. My work spans autonomous aviation, healthcare, AI platforms, wellness and cloud software – across startups, agencies and enterprise environments.

The Foundations of My Design Practice

Each of these focus areas shapes my design practice—rooted in strategy, built through collaboration, and centered on real user needs.

Design starts with understanding. By talking to users and observing how they interact with technology, I uncover the insights that drive strategy-led solutions — aligning user needs with business outcomes and informing scalable platform design.

Complex problems deserve simple, scalable solutions. I use systems thinking, interaction patterns, and usability best practices — alongside rapid prototyping — to reduce friction, validate ideas early, and support confident decision-making at scale.

Effective teams thrive on trust, clarity, and operational excellence. I mentor designers, shape onboarding, and refine design processes — creating frameworks that foster growth, drive shared success, and scale collaboration across teams.

RECOMMENDATIONS

She is someone who will go out of their way to help. If I ever had a question or a problem that she couldn't answer, she would own the problem right alongside me and we would figure out the solution together. 

Moreover, she would not only give great feedback but humbly receive it from her students to whom she truly listened. She is a valued mentor, and anyone would be lucky to have her as one. I owe her much of my success.
