I BELIEVE GREAT DESIGN ISN'T JUST ABOUT AESTHETICS – IT'S ABOUT SOLVING REAL PROBLEMS FOR REAL PEOPLE.
I'm Jennifer, a Senior Product Designer with 20+ years in design and over a decade focused on UX, research and product strategy.
I love when a design clicks, not just for the person using it, but for the business behind it: less friction, more adoption, a workflow people actually want to use. I work across the full range to get there, from research and strategy to systems thinking to high-fidelity craft, using AI along the way to synthesize research faster, explore ideas early, and turn finished designs into working prototypes for stakeholder review.
When there's no clear path, I build one: getting close to users, finding what's creating friction, and bringing the right people together to move forward. The best outcomes I've been part of came from cross-functional teams syncing up and solving problems together.

Start with Insight
Design starts with understanding. By talking to users and observing how they interact with technology, I uncover the insights that drive strategy-led solutions — aligning user needs with business outcomes and informing scalable platform design.
Simplify the Complex
Complex problems deserve simple, scalable solutions. I use systems thinking, interaction patterns, and usability best practices — alongside rapid prototyping — to reduce friction, validate ideas early, and support confident decision-making at scale.
Lead with Purpose
Effective teams thrive on trust, clarity, and operational excellence. I mentor designers, shape onboarding, and refine design processes — creating frameworks that foster growth, drive shared success, and scale collaboration across teams.
